In this 75-minute practice, smooth, warm stones are gently placed over your clothing along the body, allowing heat to penetrate and ease muscle tension while keeping you comfortably covered. Supported with props, gentle poses invite your nervous system to slow down, allowing stress to melt away and your mind and body to fully rest.
This class is perfect for anyone looking to restore energy, release tension, and enjoy an evening of restorative self-care.
